-Taught K-5, some 6-8, at a science museum in SW Virginia -Tutored K-5 students basic math and reading, concentrating on English Language Learner (ELL/ESL)students who speak Spanish (Enseno estudiantes K-5 que hablan espanol en las matematicas y en lectura de ingles.) -Some experience teaching adults English as a second language -Working on my NC Environmental Education Certification (over halfway complete) -I see learning as a way to find our place in the world and in our culture, and really enjoy helping facilitate young people in getting the most out of what they're learning. I am interested in making this accessible to those who need it!
